Went on vacation to Virginia, in my down-time, recorded these songs on my laptop. All but one were recorded within the week of said vacation, the exception being the opener. After listening to Roman Candle and All Hail West Texas one too many times, this idea finally came to fruition, since I've always wanted to do a purely acoustic album, with little to no fx (the only thing I did was compress the tracks). Recorded entirely in Audacity on my Macbook Pro, with nothing but an acoustic guitar and my shitty voice. Every song was written within minutes of being recorded, with almost all of them being first takes. I chose to release it under a different moniker than Analgesin, since it doesn't really fit that catalog. It's up completely for free, mainly because it was so cheap to produce and stuff, and because of the Hank Williams cover. I didn't write all these songs in this week of vacation, but they were all recorded within this period (minus opener). Anyway, hope y'all enjoy this. Happy summer.
